Top TV Song Last Week: Faith’s Song by Amy Wadge

This one came out of nowhere and went straight to the top because of pent up demand.

 

 

Airing in Wales under the title Un Bore Mercher and in Britain as Keeping Faith, the thriller is about a woman dealing with the sudden disappearance of her husband. Original music for the series was composed by singer-songwriter Amy Wadge, perhaps best known as Ed Sheeran’s writing partner on the Grammy-winning Song of the Year “Thinking Out Loud” and Sheeran’s EP titled “Songs I Wrote With Amy.”

The English and Welsh soundtrack EPs for the series were released last week. The English soundtrack is sung by Amy Wadge and the Welsh soundtrack by Ela Hughes.
